Kevin: I’m not sure where the nearest platoon is located. I recommend you contact the national headquarters. Their website is at www.marinevets.org. Send them an email, or contact George Marsh at the number provided. George will be glad to assist you. |

I received a reply from George and found out no platoons in Illinois. So I will be submitting my membership application tomorrow and told George that I would like to start a platoon here in Bloomington, Illinois area.
