Hello Brothers ,Semper Fidelis , I'm a proud member and veteran of the Greatest Fighting Force the world has ever known. But unfortunately there is one force that I can't beat.I was just recently diagnosed with a medical prognosis that that even CHESTY couldn't defeat.Im now getting things in order and the 2 things that I asked my wonderful wife is , I want a military funeral and that she play Louie Armstrong's "A Wonderful Life" at my viewing . I served with 2nd Blt.8TH. MARINE Division H & S Co.Out of Camp Gieger N.C. from 79 to 03/31/83 Radio Plt. With a a few Med floats( 3) and a bad time in Bierut in between garrison time .Like so often happens in life .Ive lost all.records and ribbons I was awarded and rate ( I do know a few were awarded to my unit after I already discharged ( Honorable ) .So,how can I get,find out,and receive which I am able to wear and honestly earned. Please, all information will be appreciated .
